These terms govern participation in the BraVTiGa affiliate program. There is no entitlement to acceptance. A partnership starts only after explicit approval in the affiliate portal.
Affiliate links must be clearly disclosed as advertising or affiliate links. Misleading claims, spam, unauthorized direct marketing, trademark abuse, domain or search advertising on BraVTiGa brand terms without approval, unapproved incentive traffic, install farms, bots, emulator automation, and manipulation of clicks, installs, registrations, or purchases are prohibited.
Attribution is performed server-side using a signed click ID and the Google Play Install Referrer. By default, the last valid affiliate click within the partner's configured attribution window applies. Self-referrals and multiple attributions are excluded. Technical failures or blocked tracking information may prevent attribution.
A commission arises only for an attributable purchase confirmed by the BraVTiGa server and Google Play. The commission rate and calculation basis shown in the portal apply. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, uncollected amounts, and expressly stated platform costs may be deducted from the calculation basis. If reliable order data is unavailable, the commission is queued for manual review.
Commissions remain provisional until the displayed hold period ends. They may be cancelled or reclaimed in case of refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or violations. Payouts are made after the individual minimum threshold is reached and required billing and tax details have been reviewed. The affiliate is responsible for the correct tax treatment of income.
Partner account information must remain accurate and current. Credentials and links must not be misused. Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, competition, privacy, consumer, and platform laws and must not infringe third-party rights.
BraVTiGa may reject applications, temporarily suspend partners due to security or legal risks, and terminate the partnership for cause. Lawfully accrued, non-cancelled commissions generally remain payable, subject to review and counterclaims.
Material changes are versioned in the portal. Continued participation may require acceptance of the new version.
